We provide legal representation and advice across commercial, administrative, criminal, contract, company, employment, media, succession, investment and property, constitutional and human rights law. Every matter is assessed separately in light of its circumstances and the applicable law.
02How can I arrange an appointment?+
Request an appointment by telephone or WhatsApp on +90 533 869 7083, or by email at info@reynarlaw.com. Stating the subject of your enquiry and your preferred office will assist with scheduling.
03What should I bring to the first consultation?+
Please bring identification and any relevant contracts, correspondence, court documents, official decisions, payment records, photographs or other records. Arranging documents chronologically can make the initial assessment more efficient.
04What happens during the first consultation?+
We review the essential facts, available documents, important dates, possible remedies and likely next steps. We also explain the work that may be undertaken and any further information that may be required.
05How are legal fees determined?+
Fees are determined with regard to the nature and scope of the work, the time involved, the stages of the proceedings or transaction and foreseeable expenses. Fees and likely costs are discussed as clearly as possible before instructions are accepted.
06Will the information I provide remain confidential?+
Professional secrecy and confidentiality are fundamental to the lawyer–client relationship. Information and documents shared during consultations are protected in accordance with applicable professional and legal duties.
07Can we meet remotely or online?+
Subject to the nature of the matter and any identity-verification requirements, consultations may be held by telephone or online. You may be asked to attend an office where original documents, signatures or an in-person procedure are required.
08Should I contact the Nicosia or Famagusta office?+
You may state your preferred office when requesting an appointment. Depending on the matter and the relevant team member’s schedule, the meeting may be arranged at our Nicosia Head Office or Famagusta Office.
09How long does a legal process take?+
The duration depends on the nature of the matter, the parties, the evidence, the timetable of the relevant authority or court and the stages of any application. We explain foreseeable stages during the initial assessment, but a precise outcome date cannot be guaranteed.
10What should I do in an urgent legal situation?+
If the matter involves arrest, service of documents, a court deadline or an objection period, state this clearly when contacting us and provide the dates appearing on the documents. Some legal rights are subject to short and strict time limits.
